What is trained hand?

Trained Hand success rate becomes 90% instead of 80%, SPECIALIST IS OP NOW!!!

Sounds to me like they edited the description rather than making a buff?

To be frank, whether it's 80% or 90% success rate, one should ALWAYS use Steady Hand II or Steady Hand for Trained Hand. It's a freaking 32 CP skill (even bigger CP investment than PBP), and you simply CANNOT risk a failure.

If the Trained Hand is available while SH II isn't active, using SH II will actually give it a chance to bait for a Good.

Yes sorry I realised that after typing... I just never used it no wonder that name didn't ring any bells lol

Skill needs to be 100% due to its spastic nature

I'm pretty sure no one used it enough before to tell if this was a buff or just changing an incorrect description as they said.
