Looking for Levelling/Social LS

Hello, as the title suggests, im looking for a Shell that will help me level my classes and then tackle the end game material at a later date, so im not looking for any LS's whos main focus is grinding the end game stuff because im no where near that stage yet.

Im not new to the game, I just haven't played that much and find soloing a long and boring process. My highest level class is a 19 ARC and im in the GMT timezone.
