What is this guy wearing?

Can someone tell me what this guy is wearing? I know the helmet is the Alexander one (although I can't tell if it's dyed or not), and the sword is the thunderclap, but the rest?

And obvious Ramuh sword is obvious

If I want to know what people are wearing, I usually right-click on them... unless you've found that picture elsewhere and didn't actually see this character yourself, that is.
