[LFM][HC] Seeking players for A4S and future progression
Our Hardcore group is looking for the following: WAR/DRK(PLD if you are exceptional)
Our Midcore group is looking for the following: None
Group Soda(HC) is on A4S.
Group Coffee(MC) is on A3S.
What we expect from you:
* Commitment (Be on time)
* Proficient at your job (Know your job, the ability to adjust mid combat according to the situation, etc)
* Be able to speak, have a microphone that works well
* AS3 must be cleared for Soda applicants.
* Raid logging is frowned upon, most of us stay and chat or do other things (This is especially for 3.1).
* Playing multiple roles is a bonus
About us: We are a group of longtime friends and raiders who are tired of the slow progression we've experienced so far, and while playing with other friends is nice, it just wasn't going anywhere. A couple of us have also experienced other groups that have either too much drama or are very negative towards advice. The leader has 11 years of MMO experience and provides callouts and strategies, as well as organization. Our current plans are to tackle A4S quickly and then prepare for the next raid tier, where we are willing to dedicate time similar to that of "World Progression" to get things done quickly. Our current roster has 2 people with the A4S clear and 4 with 4th leg experience. Coffee party are a group of friends who play a couple days a week and makes good progression each raid patch while doing other activities within the game.
Tidbits:
* Both statics are in PST.
* No FC requirement (You may join any of ours if you'd like)
* We are friendly and rather positive

For Soda:
* Everyone is okay with taking time off work when raid tiers come out and such
* Aim is at least 4 days of raiding a week, your schedule must be open
* Times may be slightly negotiable, PM for details
* Our current start times are around 8 PM PST.
* Exceptional applicants may waive certain requirements/expectations
For Coffee:
* This group raids 2-3 days a week
* Start time is around 8 PM PST, this may change depending on who joins.
