Packet loss?

Been having a hard time with it all day. I've never had it happen before in the two years I've played ARR. I recently got the pc version after getting a decent laptop (Am a ps4 user, but I want to be able to play on the go.) and right after I linked the two accounts is when I encountered the packet loss.

Any advice? I just recently hard reset my router, had someone trace the server I'm on and was told it wasn't my isp, and apparently I'm the only one on my server suffering from it. Could it be my new laptop in general? All my consoles and computers run on wireless, but I have never had this problem in any situation in the numerous years we've had net, so I am at a loss as for what I should do next.

Try connecting laptop with wire and see if that helps? Then you know if the laptops wifi card is causing issues. If its not that could be a dns issue if your ps4 is using a different dns, ive never really looked into the ps4's dns settings but im guessing it uses a dns from sony to connect to its own content delivery network faster. You can change your dns through your laptop/router if that turns out to be the issue. Mixed results from changing dns though, doesnt always work for people.
