Text Error For Dark Knight Low Blow Skill

Steps:
1. I am not level 36, therefore I do not have the "Low Blows" trait that specifies "Grants a 30% chance that your next parry will reset the Low Blow recast timer." This is illustrated in the below image, where you can clearly see that I am level 34, and the trait is greyed out.

2. Being only level 34, the skill description for Low Blow, however, says that it has an "Additional Effect: 30% chance that next parry will reset the recast timer". This is a text error and does not actually trigger a rest of the recast timer on any parry.

3. I know for a fact that the skill descriptions do update dynamically upon earning a new trait that modifies it. Currently, for example, I do not have the level 44 "Enhanced Dark Dance trait", which increases the parry rate of Dark Dance to 30%, which can be seen in the top image. Below, you can see the skill description for Dark Dance still says it increases parry rate by 20%, because I don't have the trait.
