Character Data Rolled Back

So in the last couple weeks my character's data has actually been rolled back twice. Most recently it was rolled back probably a good 6 hours of gameplay. Previously I had all Disciple of War/Magic at level 4 with the exception of MRD at level 21 I believe. Now MRD is only 11 and everything else is 1 or like I haven't picked it up yet.
