I attempted to mail 99 and 1 rosewood lumber to my husband's character and it never arrived.
Have your husband check is inbox. Mail isn't deleted automatically once read. It just sits in storage and eventually maxes out space. Future messages sit in limbo or are returned to you until space is freed for them.
Take the time to read the stickied post in this forum that says READ THIS FIRST as it contains the required template all bug reports must follow, else it will be ignored, archived and removed.
You should include the follow items:
- Screenshot of your "Sent Letter History" proving you sent the mail
