New Conjurer and Thaumathurge looking for team

Me and my wife started the game recently and reached to the point where we must choose one of the grand companies. Both of us are level 26 in our main classes. We have been having difficulties with the duty finder as most of the people start the dungeon but never say anything or simply don't care about conversation or team play. We really want to meet form a party with other people and have a good time playing the game.
