I need to clear this one but I can NEVER find it in party finder, or get anyone to go with me. It's blocking me from Ravana EX, and I just want to finish it. Can you please put it on duty finder? I think it's been long enough.

They kind of already stated that Bismark/Ravana EX WILL be on the duty finder, soooo...... try reading announcements.
Sometimes people miss things.
not like DF will be helpful to clear BismarckEx at all. ppl are already bad enough in PF. min ILv for this will likely be 160-165. seeing it still only drops ilv175 weapons.
But, what is more important, BismarckEx won't be needed to enter RavanaEx anymore. Making it absolutely irrelevant, unless forced into another quest line.
