GC Ranks update?

Heya all ^^

Anyone has some news concerning the GC ranks upgrades and mercenary-to-hire?

I am waiting for this to come; thought it would be 3.1, judging how the relics have been pushed a bit, I expect them to be there in 3.5? If any? (please SE tell us it's coming)

A dev commented about it earlier this year. Saying that they are working on it, but it wont be released this year. By the sound of it, it should be alot of new content for GC with the new ranks and items we will be able to get.

Well, guess I'll have to put this on the shelves.. another disappointment..

I'd settle for being a 1st Lieutenant.
