Looking for new FC

Hi I am a returning player working my way up to level 60. I am looking for a new Fc as everyone has left mine during my hiatus. I am looking for a laid back FC that has raid groups. I would also like for it to be active during the AM hours as I work midnights (EST time zone). Or if their is an FC out there that is full of 3rd shifters that would be great but highly unlikely lol. I have been playing ffxiv since launch and play everyday, I am a very quick learner and enjoy putting in hard work. My main class is Bard and I have a house in the hills lmao. so yea if your FC sounds right for me just drop a line Thanks.
