I never did pvp on ffxiv, and I am working on my alt currently, he is a Roe WAR 36 currently, and I want to get Bearliege armor well cause he is a bear, but I can't seem to queue up ever, does it get better? or is anyone actually doing pvp? I am in Jenova
Don't even try to do Wolve's Den, and you'll have just about as little luck queuing for Secure or Savage. Pretty much the only active content right now is Seize (so I hope you have an i180 level 60 class), and even then if you get unlucky or play in off peak hours you could wind up in queue for over an hour. Even during weekend prime time, queues are at least 20 minutes right now.

Yes, this game was made with PvP as an afterthought. Sad but true.
Queue times highly depends on your grand company. At Chaos, we have around 10-25 minutes for Mael and Flames (Peak hours during week) and around 0-10 for Adders. No matter what, search only for english and only for Sieze, that should be the fastest way for you.
