I am on Tonberry and unable to move to my friends server. He is going to make a character on Behemoth.
Anyone know why the current world option is --------- on the screen?
I am on a JP group wanting to move to NA.

Need more information.
Are you trying to create a new char on Behemoth? If a server is greyed out, it means there are a high number of players currently online and playing on the server, you will have to wait til server congestion subsides.
Entry accounts are not allowed to create more than one character.
Are you trying to actually use the character server transfer service? Is your method of payment being declined? -

I am on step 2 out of 3 not even to the payment screen. It asks me to select a world to move to which I do. Then it says to select the world my character is on. There is a scroll down button and when I click it there are no worlds to select.

Behemoth is restricted right now the best time to do the transfer is early morning around 4 to 5 am.

Anyways, there are two boxes.
First one asks where your character is from.
Second one asks where you want to transfer to.
First box, select your server where your character is located, and hit CONFIRM on the right side of it.
Do the same thing for the second box. You should be good to go. -

You have to select the world you want to transfer TO first. After that you can pick the world you are transferring FROM -
