level 40 PVP. Does anyone play it?

I am relatively new to the game, I have been playing it a month so main class (Paladin) is only level 48 so can't do the level 50 PVP.

I have tried numerous times to get into PVP with the average wait time saying 7 minutes, but I wait like 2 hours each time and I have never got into a game, like never.

Is this normal? Does anyone play it at level 40? What wait time is normal?

It's unlikely you'll get into level 30/40 Wolves' Den right now (at least not very often at all) as Wolves' Den is pretty inactive outside of community events. Your best bet for PvP in the current state of the game is to reach level 60 and queue for Seal Rock. This might change in Patch 3.2 when they revamp Wolves' Den and it becomes more popular again.
