Current Effects list? [SUGGESTION]

Can we have a separate window, or indeed at least a tab, where the current status effects would be listed and detailed? (Just a suggestion, but the Resistances tab of the Character window could be replaced by this, as it's pretty much completely pointless to have.)

I know we have the status icons lining up next to each other, but...
First things first, not everything is straightforward and comprehensible at a/first glance, especially for a new player. Having to "highlight" each and every one of them with the cursor to learn even their names is not necessarily/always the most comfortable thing. A direct list, at least with their names if not the whole descriptions, would be much nicer.
Second, those tooltip descriptions themselves are also really vague, like "hp is being regenerated" doesn't tell much in terms of values. In a dedicated list, these could be more specific and helpful. (While interestingly enough, food effects do list specific values in the tooltips.)
Furthermore, if it's a longer lasting effect, like 2hours (for the spiritbond or durability potions, at least one of them lasts that long, I think), we never see the precise amount of time left until it expires, meaning that "2h" may be 1:59 just as easily as 1:01 - which is really quite the difference.
Third, the exp bonuses. I know the bar colors are supposed to indicate if a well rested bonus is in effect, but quite honestly... It's never been clear to me. Especially when I keep seeing such varying percentages in the log window, one time it's 147%, then it's just 123%, then goes back to 135%....? Would be immensely helpful to see what exactly I'm getting exp bonuses for and how much - and I'm not new by any means, I imagine it gets even more confusing for actual new players.

Not sure if I'm the only one really missing this, but I find myself doing so time and time again, and I don't know why don't have something like this. Please consider.

There's another situation where this would be useful too. I don't play with a mouse and whenever I'm learning a new encounter I end up having to tell my team to read out what their debuffs actually do until I have memorised the icon because virtual mouse mode is so clunky during a tight healing situation. We had a hilarious time learning T9 when our lovely warrior kept slaughtering us all by bringing an exploding debuff into the stacked group until I told them to tell me what the debuff said and they embarrassedly dictated the warning from the tooltip I couldn't see.

Ok, in that situation it wasn't something I could easily check anyway (the interface for using cannon abilities and reading ally debuffs is awful without a mouse) but perhaps if the data was more easily available it would help everyone pay more attention to their debuffs in general.

Agreed. Probably not as necessary for keyboard/mouse players, who can just hover their mouse over the icons, but this would be a big help for controller players.

Why is it when the status bar is selected, pressing up/down on the directional pad doesn't select you current target's status list? This would allow you at least to see the tooltip help text on a selected target while using the controller?
