Best set for healers in Seal Rock?

I'm new to Frontlines and PvP so I'm a bit confused with the Morale stat. But from what I understand, it allows you to break the item level cap with it. So in PvP situations, the level 60 PvP armor would have an ilvl of 210 if it was unsynced? But since Seal Rock is synced to 150, the stat is useless in it since 150 is the cap?

So is it worth it to get the level 60 healer set for Seal Rock?

Right now I'm using Field Commanders and I find the extra INT it gives me is a very nice addition. I don't see what advantages the level 60 healer set will give.

Morale does not work in 72-man. Field Commander is BiS if you throw out DoTs/CC often.

I suggest you think about the play style you like. As some healers pick spell speed and some pick crit. Since the cap is so low you can really mix and match the sets. As a sch before I reset my rank I was full crit. I admit that some heals are pretty hard to get off with loss of spell speed. But lustrate crits regularly for 6k. I think adlo was just under 3k sadly it doesn't seem to crit as much as lustrate. Some whms with spell speed can heal for between 800k and a million. As a sch I am between 300k to 600k.

As a WHM, i would suggest using Field Commander aswell. Other than Slaughter, i would also not use any Tank accessory. I am getting lb'ed once every 10 games of Sieze maybe and i think for this low rate of lbs its not needed to have 3k more health. And if they really focus you, you will die anyway, no matter if 9.5 or 12k.

So Field Commander also gives you additional INT, wich more than doubles your overall Attack power and it turns Assize into and impressive AOE finisher and you will be able to end a game with 50k damage dealt and still 600k-1200k healing.

I must disagree. Having over 10k HP thanks to tank accessories means the difference of being S.O.L. when you get stunned + melee charges Raw Destruction to having a fighting chance to pop you emergency CD heal on yourself and snicker as they just wasted their LB. The vast majority of melee players in Seize assume their targets won't survive Raw Destruction at any HP% (which is understandable, most never bother to break 9.3-.5k HP), and will pop it the moment they stun you, even at full HP.

Just assuming you will be focused at some point anyway is no reason to be a free kill from near-full HP from something as trivial as 1 stray melee DPS on you.

Healers only get focused if they stray from the group or stand too close to the front. The best source of defense is having people around you.

Vit DPS are frowned upon because they do very poor damage, I feel the same way about vit healers. It pains me to see vit healers struggling to keep their parties alive because their HPS is so low that even spamming heals isn't enough to make up for the numbers they're missing.

[EDIT] I once ran into a full Vit WHM who had 11-12k HP, but their Medica II was ticking for 100. They couldn't even keep a tank alive in a 2v1.

As monk, having extra vit really helps. It depends on party setup really. Do we have 2 healers and t least 1 tank? Sure, skip vit. Only 1 healer and no tank. Equip 2 vit accessories. Having 2 vit accessories + fists of earth greatly increase survivability in seize and slaughter.

I don't trust healers from other alliances to heal me. I consider it a bonus if they do. :)

I do a balance of both vit and healer accessories. I keep my hp above 10k, to survive a lb with a bit more comfort. But I have solo healed parties just fine. You have to find what works for your playstyle; sometimes I follow crowds and just heal, and sometimes I roam around trying to get nodes. Some healers like to be tanks, and just live forever, and some healers just focus on hiding in large groups keeping everyone up.

However, I do think that the tank playstyle should only be utilized if there is an abundance of healers.

The burst abilities of a decent dps is well over 14k, not counting limit breaks. Unlike at 50 the max burst could never go over the max HP you could have. But if you are the only healer the extra HP is great at 60 since it is easy to get focused in a 24 man.

Wearing one VIT acc and putting AP onto VIT will give you just about 10~k health which will survive a melee LB at full health. A good DPS will kill you with an LB if you have 12K HP or not.
