Only on a few occasions have I seen something other than "more than 30m". Just a few days after seize rock launched it kinda died off.
If not by patch 3.2 the Qs are fixed I'll say bb ff14.
EDIT: Oh, and you should re-queue every 30 mins or so. You might get stuck in a bad pool. English language only. -

Qued for roulette? It is evil considering that all three types are not equally played. Also I had not heard anyone mention an improved matching system. It doesn't matter what they do though. They can not guarantee equal participation across three factions.
