sorry i didnt make another PL thread, TRAIT POINTS<abolish> [dev1064]

Trait points remind me of accessory points. we have several slots but are limited by a number of points that we can equip traits to.

Why not just have our traits limited by the number of slots instead of imposing a point system. I know some traits are better then others, like how +10strenth is better then +5strenth but i feel a player who saved up enough marks to buy the better version should be able to apply them without consequence.

would you rather have a point system or a fixed number of slots (8-10 slots).

You realize 50 is not the cap right? The points will go up when we're able to go past 50.

I would be happy if in the macros they would let us use: /eaction , /etrait , and /eability.

I am not in favor of a point system myself, i would just like a fixed number of slots, if you earn a new slot every 5 lvls that would be fine i suppose

I suppose that can be something they can workout in the future, assuming they do it right without it being broken.

Lets say there are 10 slots from the start and you dont get anymore. Now lets say im lvl 50 and i use all 10. when they raise cap id like to think they'd have new traits as well which means id have to save up marks and buy them. Now i have to decide which traits i will sacrifice to make room for my new better ones.

I think they would have to put min lvl on the traits so you cant switch to a lvl job and use all your best traits.
