(error:601) dilemma!
Hello all,
(note that I have just gotten a new modem / router)
So I go to log into the launcher and it gives me "No valid service account is available to play Final Fantasy XIV, proceed to Mogstation to confirm the status of your account"
I log into my account, and notice there is no subscription but I clearly have my service account there. So I try to add my credit card info and I get the error code: 601 "please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again".
Decided to try and update my password, and billing information and get the same error. Has this happened to any of you? Is there something i'm doing wrong? I would much appreciate any help! Thank you.

Were you on the free trial? There is a process for converting it to a paid account. Should be details on it in the Lodestone Help & Support FAQ section.
If I remember right there is a link in mog station about upgrading the license...forget.
Otherwise I recall seeing a link about the error in the FAQ as well...will link it below:
