Xbox One Elite Controller not working with FFXIV

I am trying to use the new Xbox One Elite Controller with FFXIV for PC. I connected via USB and I can get it to work with Rocket League through steam, but FFXIVwill not recognize it at all. Anyone know of a fix?

The controller works fine with the actual Xbox One Console, and like I said Rocket League for PC is recognizing the controller, as well as the Xbox Accessories app for Windows 10. I would really like to use this controller for this game... but for some reason I can't get it to work.
