[Odin] Exeptional BLM Seeking Static AS3

Exceptional i195 BLM Seeking [Alex Savage] static. I have kill exp in AS1, AS2 And some experience into AS3 up to phase 4. I play blm to its max potential and always to try to improve where there is room to. Very good at playing SMN also giving me the option to alternate between the two job classes but blm is my main and will always be better geared. Very fast at learning mechanics and new tactics and can put out high dps numbers no problem. I have no issue communicating and talking in team speak durings raids. Im not one of those people who listen and reply typing all raid long.

Looking for:
-A friendly raid group who get on well with each other
-use some sort of communcation program such as ts/ mumble.
-Raid 2-3 times a week on 9pm ST Or anytime after due to work.
-preferably a group already on AS3 progression ahead of me or just starting is fine.
