Hi there im newb in this game and i just hit lvl 50
i building up gears with 110 ~120 blue gears
but i found some white gears in Market board
which one is worth??
and what are valuable stats for Summoner?
Spell speed is important to summoner as well???

HQ white = blue gear, go with whichever is higher iLVL.
Spell speed's still questionable on SMN, especially for dungeons where AoE is king, where you're going to spend the majority of your play time. Try to keep your sub-stats based around CHR/DET but really don't even worry about it until you're 60, and even then sub-stats are relatively small in impact compared to other games, you mostly min/max them for enjoyment or for top end raiding.
Until you get to Alexander Savage(lvl 60 endgame), gearing is simple. Wear the piece with the most int. I really wouldn't buy stuff off the AH. Run dungeons, buy faction gear with seals, and if you a have a piece way behind your level find a vendor that sells something better (xivdb.com will help), and if you're really behind then buy off AH (most likely left side pieces is where this will happen).
The quests between when you hit 50 and when you get to Heavensward will give you a full set of blue ilevel 110 gear. And then the quests (and side quests) in Heavensward will give you high quality white gear of the appropriate level. If you choose it well you can get gear for both a melee and a ranged job (I leveled and geared dragoon and summoner at the same time when I went through Heavensward). Only the accessories can be tricky as they're not split. You won't need to buy any gear off the market board at all.
