Hello all!

My name is John; and let me get this stuff out of the way first;

We're a level 8 Free Company

We've got a large-plot FC house equipped with every crafting station available, and NPC's and a summoning bell at your beckon. There's even a nice stream running behind to do a little fishing.

Now for the story (I'll try to keep this short);

I joined this free company recently, and sort of came in the tail end. What I discovered was people leaving left and right due to inactive, inattentive, and complacent leadership. Within a few weeks, suddenly my wife and I were the only active players. Miraculously, the leader logged on for the first time in weeks and left. He appointed a new person leader who hadn't logged on in months, leaving the poor group to rot. Probably unaware that FFXIV would automatically transfer leadership to me, the only active player, the next day.

I don't intend to let this company die and lose the assets it's got, so I'm taking the bull by the horns here. We are "Dragon Knights" and we are a brand new free company off to a great head start.

I've re-developed the rank structure and am in the process of reorganizing the recruitment process. What I'm looking for is future leaders; folks who want to commit to the challenge of getting a free-company off the ground. MMO's are all about challenge. There are ample opportunities to join great, established free companies. But if you want a chance to build a free company, come check us out! Thanks for the support! Recruiting is going to be slow at first. What we need more than a bunch of new members is some committed future-leaders ready for the long haul. A small, fledgling free company doesn't have a lot to offer so it needs people who are looking to offer their own talents and abilities rather than just find a free company that offers them something. Once that is established, we'll be able to more actively recruit.
