How many lots will actually open up?

With reclaimed housing announced, Do we really have any idea how many houses will open up? I would really love to buy a house but I feel as though even if all the plots in all the wards became available there would still not be enough for all the players that are waiting for them. Is there any way to see houses that are not being used?

Sorry if this was already covered, I did some searching but there are so many posts talking about fairness and short reclaim period that I couldn't see if there was any info on what we can realistically expect to come out of all this.

In short there is really no way to tell. Which is why they are doing this SE has no idea either.

• About 200-600 per server will open in the initial wave
• They will be available at 3am EST on Christmas morning
• About half of the open plots will be in the Mist

lol... how cute - also potentially probably mostly...maybe correct :P we shall see!

On Exodus: probably 60% of the houses or more.

2. 2 plots, somewhere amongst all the servers. Total.

Idk....I just had someone I hadn't seen since well before 3.0 release log in a couple days ago. I'm sure plenty of people will try to login to not lose their housing.
