Hello Balmung! Transferring over for RP, good idea?

Hello, I'm just wondering, is this still considered the top RP server to join? The only forums I found talking about how great Balmung is (for RP) are 1-2 years old. Is this still true?

Also the server time is 6 hours ahead of me, are most people on Balmung sticking to server time or does it even matter?

I might be coming over from Hyperion, most of the FC's seem kinda dead and there's no RP that I know of. I remember Moonguard on WoW being pumped full of RP everywhere, is this server similar?

There's lots of RP, and RP FC's. The quicksand in Ul'dah is a hotspot at any time of day but you will see players RP'ing all over the Eorzea.

Yep Balmung thrives with RP all day. People from all different time zones hang out on the server so you can find all kinds of players to meet up with!

Hey there! :) Yes, Balmung still has a lot of role-play. There are usually people role-playing at all hours if the day, if you know where to look. If you want up to date RP info, check out the RPC.
