FC House Workshop - No way without a party?

Hey guys,

so due to a lucky turn our FC finally has found a large house in the mist. Our FC, thats just my gf and me, so basically 2 players. We were that interested in the Workshop that we just bought it straight away, started a project and threw in all the needed ressources.
And then comes the point of disappointment: We need to be in a 4 player group (everyone on a crafter class) to bring the project to the next step?
Wait, does this mean we have no chance to go on with our project without inviting new players into our FC?
Dont get me wrong, some day we will invite people, but not now, as we want to do many other things first instead of doing that while having members - so we can focus on the people who need us.

Is there any workaround for our situation? We'd prefer any solution we can do on our own, without having other people to join us.

As far as I understand you need to be a group of 4 to be able to do anything at the workshop.

Which means I cant do anything in there as long as I dont invite new people? So we just threw in the ressources and get nothing out of it for a while now :D

The other party members don't have to be members of your FC.

Put up a party finder with the house location and it typically takes around 10min for three other randoms to join and come help advance the stage.

If you're lucky, you might find an FC crafters linkshell on your server after doing that a few times.

They don't have to be a member of your FC from what I understand. You just need 4 people, in a party, sitting in your workshop on crafting jobs. So you can ask (shout for) a couple of random strangers if they'd be willing to sit in your workshop for a few minutes. I'd suggest having everything ready to go though for each part/process.

I've been one of those people who answered a LS call for help and joined a party and sat in another FC workshop while they do their thing.
I sat there and crafted as the cutscenes don't even interrupt a craft.

To get the most out of your helpers I suggest looking ahead and having the mats for several steps. Dump in mats, trigger cutscene and repeat.

Is there any specified requirement that those people should have? I mean crafter class on 50 or something? We have some people on our FL, but mostly with crafter classes on 1-30 - if they also meet the conditions, we could ask them.

Can go as level 1 crafter.

I should also say that the recipes require you to have a particular job at a certain level to trade items. (I think it's the job/level required to make the item, but I could be wrong about that.) E.g. CRP 21 to trade yew lumber. If you're 60 everything it won't matter, but thought I'd mention it.
