What say to making it so that we can choose which of the pictures listed in our Lodestone profiles is the one on display, both in the profile and our API?
It's just.. Forra doing the Gridanian salute in his underwear is an image I'm significantly less enamoured with than the Hunter's Moon one.
Sorry if it's already been asked.. or worse, already possible. If the latter, someone please tell me how to do it, 'cause just clicking on my preferred picture in the list's not getting me anywhere.
I'm having the same problem. I can't figure out how to change it for the life of me. Mine is stuck on the White Pumpkin head which is less than flattering >.<
You can't right now. ATM the avater is the highest reward avatar from the current event, which would be the orange pumpkin head.
We might, coon enough, have the option to pick one avatar from all earned from events though...at least i expect so! ^^ But since took a while to bring the avatar from lodestone, i'd expect a few more forum updates before we can choose the avatar from our earned ones. ^^
How do i even change my avater
I'm not sure we CAN change our Avatar. Was it ever stated that we could CHOOSE, or just that whatever was on the Lodestone would be in the forums? Just because we can mouse-over-to-view doesn't mean we can choose a static one.
Though, in all fairness, I totally think we should be able to, someday.

As of the recent update, they locked the Avatar to correspond your current selected character at the forum settings. You can change the Avatar via selecting a different character (I think) only, as far as I know, which is bad, if not for anything else, then for the reason that some of us (such as me) do not want an avatar, at all, especially if they can not specify a custom one!
Such is life. ^^;
Perhaps if enough people will complain, they will change it.
What comes to the pumpkin heads... I don't know, possibly if you have it equipped and log out, it updates to it? I haven't got it so I can't try it out, either.
I have a feeling you will and can only have them on during the event(s).
For reference, the update of which I was... referring to:
you can change your avatar on the lodestone.. if you sign in with your SE settings and choose the character you want. There will be a bunch of your character's avatars you can choose from.
The problem for me is, I have the option to select the orange pumpkin avatar (which is what I want). But when I click it, it refuses to actually *select* it. So I'm stuck with whatever avatar it wants me to have..

I see this is an old thread; presume there has been no update?
I notice some folks have their avatar from character but no antlers, Is it possible to change to this setting? Or was it default?
