lv60 Botanist and I can't find where to get folklore tomes and red scrip gear

What the title says. I'm level 60 and have already done the go westward quest that takes you to Idyllshire. But I checked everywhere in Idyllshire and can't find any red scrip gear. Only thing there is are the red scrips tokens needed. I also can't find folklore tomes anywhere.
