No New Primal

Am I getting this right? No new primal in 3.1? I feel like the primals are the best overall content that everyone can actually enjoy, that's too bad.

And no, Knights of the round doesn't count.

I think at this point they're kinda done with the Primals being the main focus... Warrior's of Darkness, however...

Yeah, not sure about this 'everyone' given how much louder people had been asking for an Extreme Knights of the Round battle since people started beating Chapter 1 of Heavensward. I happen to be in that crowd, the fight was fun but was too much on par with the Gilgamesh fights. You'd be hard pressed to actually lose.

There's nothing wrong with this but all this means is we have even less challanging content in the game now, this is a bad sign and shows exactly where the game is headed, feel free to celebrate less content.

I don't see how adding an Extreme Primal battle that's on par with A1S is "less challenging content" but okay!

Do you honestly believe that, also them adding in a piece of content that is reusing an existing fight is poor show, people were asking for MOAR challanging content, not less, you might want to get that through your head, take a read on http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/pr/blo...438.1382718035

That blog is more accurate representation of the direction of the game, and feel free to celebrate that.

Add up the amount of challanging content we now have right now and thats being added in and compare that to the easy mode crap thats in right now and coming, some research will do you wonders.

That's your speculation. We don't even know what else 3.1 will offer. We could get something like primals without it being primals. To be frank, unless it's an EX version, primals were never meant to be that difficult.
