I'd just like to thank the local GM team for their amazing service (and banter) for helping me look into an issue. In particular, GM Unurlotho was most helpful in being forthcoming with all the details he/she was looking for and I'd like to commend him/her for being an excellent GM. FFXIV is made better because of people like that!
