Really don't want an addon situation like WoW

A raid group I have been subbing for that makes heavy use of ACTs trigger functions just shared this thread. Is this going to become the norm?

Probably. SE promised an addon API before ARR launched. We've heard crickets since then except about how much their hands are tied when it comes to making changes to the UI.

Might not want to mention the name of that 3rd party program which hooks onto the game files. They are against the ToS you know.

Reading the network traffic isn't hooking into the game files.
