I'm attempting to level leatherwork through the Skin Off Their Backs leve grind, yet for whatever reason, that particular leve refuses to show up on the list. I can see the other two options, (Heads up and Choke Hold), but not the one above. I've leveled to 16 and completed the lvl15 guild quest, so I'm at a loss why this isn't showing up.
Why won't this leve appear?

Have you done the DoW/M-only quest that unlocks leves for that camp? (Lv15 DoW/M quest: "Leves of Hawthorne", issued from Qina Lyehga in E.Shroud)
