80% of the price paid for the estate grounds.
Indoor and outdoor furnishings that are not destroyed upon removal.

Basically this but give players the option to sell out right instead of having to wait 45 days. I sure their are players with housing that would rather get rid of it and take a quick buy out.

They should add this. Make the refund % higher for people who voluntarily relinquish their house. Maybe 85% 90%? It does save SE the trouble of having to send emails to the account owner after all :p
