The Tiara one seems to just be the Sultana of Ul'dah.

Just because something is in the .dats doesn't mean it will be ours in the near future.

There is a huge range of equipment from launch mining that still has no place in the game at all, the Gunblade in particular. (No, I don't mean the one the general uses in cutscenes. I mean an actual model designed for equipped display by PC's.)

That being said, don't do this if you value your account here at all. This is pretty much going onto a company's site and showing off "classified" material.
