Skipping cutscene not working

My skip cutscene is not working during dungeons. I have the square highlighted under chara congifuration, general tab, skip playback of previously viewed scenario cutscenes. Why is this not working? My character is lvl 34 do i have to be lvl50 for that to work? And yes the dungeons cutscenes i've already seen. I have another character that is lvl60 and her skip cutscenes are working perfectly. So i have no clue what is wrong. Can anyone help me out?

just R click the game window and you get a pop up 'skip CS yes? No?'
And sadly it seems each class you level has to have seen the CS before the setting takes effect.

oh, yeah.. now tht i realize it I only saw the cutscenes on my ACN and once i unlocked SCH i had to rewatch the cutscenes. It all makes sense now. I ran the dungeons again a second time on my SCH and no cutscenes. So i'm all good now ^.^
