About Account Three Day Restriction Notification Message for World Transfer

Since I thought only restriction for World Transfer is,
I can't transfer the character that is made with in three day or the has been transfer past three day,

I didn't know I simply I able to use World Transfer Service once a three day on per account :p
I would like to suggest for the case of account's three day duration notification things,
could you display the expected day and hours I need to wait for the next time I can world transfer please?
