So that's basically it for anyone not in Europe, and now stuck on a European data centre? Transfer and lose access to all your friends/housing/airship, or put up with the worst possible connection they could have opted for?

There's no one to blame but yourself for rolling on a European server, we've known for quite sometime that SE has had plans to transfer them to a European datacentre.

I"m confused. Did they outsource the datacenter to Telia or is this just how it gets routed? SE can't control how your ISP routes to their center which is why many of us in the states need to use tunneling services.

I find it .... Disgusting... To come and blame Square Enix for making the life of all EU players easier, at last!.... And, to be honest, I wouldn't have mind how it was because I had high ping, and EU have high ping. How it is right now is, EU low ping, me middle ping... So, I'm in disadvantage myself... But, please, the logic, EUROPEAN.
