Hello! We are a Group/FC/Static is playing in GTM+8 timezone and is currently looking for Eng players to fill in the missing members in our static WHM & MNK/NIN and I think you fit in our criteria. In the link below, we had indicated our achievements as a group together and our FC goals for this game. I hope you take the time to look us up as we are having a hard time finding competent English players in our server. We wanted a team that is well coordinated. we usually go fill in missing members with PuG(JP people making it hard to communicate with them) raid time is usually at 9pm - 12am GTM+8 tuesdays wednesdays fridays - I maybe asking too much from you to transfer as we are from Atomos server. I'm not looking for a position myself, but just as a bit of advice. For your recruitment post, you might want to list out important points first such as positions needed, raid time, experience requirement and other requirements (voice server etc.). I read through your post and it's like reading a story, which is fine but it doesn't tell me what I need. Same with the big house picture (which is beautiful by the way!)

Best to list out the basic information about your recruitment before going into the story (in my opinion). For example I still don't know what your raid times are (even if it's not completely fixed yet at least give an idea of when it could be).
