"Revenge of the Chefsbane" quest cutscene loads forever/crashes the game

Steps:
1.I come to talk to Zanthael to hand in the items to finish the quest "Revenge of the Chefsbane"
2.I give him the needed items and press ok to hand them in
3. The screen goes black and the loading icon in bottom left corner appears as if the cutscene was about to start.
4.The game crashes. Before the 19.10.2015 extended maintenance the cutscene had been just loading forever until I force closed the game and the information that the cutscene cannot be stopped was showing up if I clicked the Esc button. The chat menu had been popping up on that black screen with loading icon if the enter was clicked, but it was not receiving new messages even though I could hear the notifications of the FC chat nor could I send any messages.
