In a contrst to my more...loaded recent thread, I decided to ask about the Eorzean scrip, its glyphs, what its based off of and if there is a font based on this.
It's mostly just an altered version of English; the characters are mostly the same, and I can read most Eorzean script without a glyph translator.
Here's a handy-dandy translator, just in case.
Last name Sure, first name Not.
I don't recall seeing any on boards, but I don't imagine they'd be hard to work out. Probably the same as English numbers.
If you see an in-game board with one on it, let me know, and I'll look a little harder.
http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Alphabet There is a slightly bigger picture there and a link for font download. It does not include numbers though :(
I made this from minipot numbers, but I'm not good with pictures...

Of you buy the weekly ticket, 0 shows on it but I don't remember what it is.
I love reading in-game signs and the map.. some of the letters are a little out there but once you realize what they are it's easy.

Most have covered you on the basics, provided the symbols for numbers, etc. To my knowledge, the font linked above by Erendis is the only one to follow the exact form as seen in most locations in-game, and I've never seen a version of it including the numbers because it was created long ago during v1.x when the numbers were not widely known.
HOWEVER, a while ago I did create several fonts in different styles than the standard one and those DO include numbers, plus more. Those are at dachoutom.org/ffxiv/fonts.html
