The last one was out on the 20th so since there is Maintenance around then my guess we get info next week or nothing? has there been any info?

Nothing as of yet (although, Mog Station got updated with items from the previous one).
Hopefully it'll be available next week...alongside a trailer for Patch 3.1. -

Or maybe SE will just add the event already with no fanfare since people would be expecting it anyway -
