Mulitple Keybind sets?

I was wondering if you can have multiple keybind settings? I want to have certain keybindings for when I am dragoon, but then have other keybindings for other classes but while using the same hotbar.

I know you can turn off the hotbar sharing, which helps...but I need to know if I can have more than 1 keybind profile (not counting the option 1 and option 2)

Unfortunately, I think the answer is no, or at least I haven't ever found or heard of that option. But if you want to turn the question into a suggestion, I'd certainly agree it would be a good thing for them to add.
