LF Mid-Size PS4-Friendly Free Company

My partner and I began playing FFXIV on PS4 this last week and love it. It's the first MMO both of us have enjoyed in quite some time. That said, we know it's in our best interest to join a Free Company and make new friends before we hit end-game content.

However, we're not interested in joining a FC that is large (60+) because we prefer smaller, more tight-knit communities where it feels like we really get to know everyone involved. Furthermore, we'd really like to find a FC that is PS4 friendly. We don't want to contend with the added disadvantage of not being able to run a DPS meter. (We are looking into buying Heavensward for PC as well.)

Both of us have extensive MMO backgrounds and played World of Warcraft for over 7 years. Our ideal FC walks the line between making progression and just having fun. It's more important to us that we make good friends and have a good time than it is to stomp bosses left and right.

When you talk mid size I believe you are talking the range of 1-50 members? The FC I'm in is great! We focus on all aspects of the game. Doing FATES, leveling crafts, doing Treasure hunts, etc. It's not a big fc. Have around 45 people so far.
