Customer Service gets a plus
Hi! I'm just wanting to provide feedback for this recent process of character restoration that I recently have undergone. I'm greatly satisfied with the customer service presented as they replied with honest and genuine responses versus an automated response. However, I would like to suggest that when introducing emails to future customers to mention that the representative should share more information about the character in question. In my case I was given two characters with the same information (Same server, name, different deletion time) only to find out that neither of the characters were the one I was looking for, only because the character I was looking for was made in another server ans wasn't classified as being on the server I was searching under, Which I transferred them to.(I assume)
