GC Quest, "Know Your Enemy" -- Text -- Goodife's Inconsistent Characterization
When the player is in the airship landing Ul'dah and is progressing through the GC quest "Know Your Enemy", the following text appears from Goodife within an instance:
"
Goodife: Looks like them good folk
from the Ironworks is tendin' to
things. That's important work
they do. Lives depend on it. See
to it you don't get in their way.
"
However, when the player speaks to Goodife outside of this instance, the following text appears:
"
Goodife: The chief engineer is
known to appear at the boarding
lounge on occasion to oversee
airship safety inspections.
"
[text advance]
"
Goodife: In the event that he is
present, we kindly ask that
patrons refrain from such
conduct as would impede his
work.
"
This is incorrect because the line that appears from Goodife during the "Know Your Enemy" questline does not match her out-of-quest characterization.
Please fix this issue by altering Goodife's in-quest dialogue to better match her out-of-quest characterization.
The corrected text for Goodife's "Know Your Enemy" quest might read as follows:
"
Goodife: It looks like the fine people
from the Ironworks are tending to
things. It's important work
they do. Lives depend on it. See
to it you don't get in their way.
