Chocobo Porters - moving forward

To the divine powers that the Chocobo's worship:

Why do the chocobo porters, who all know where each other are through out the world, not have a way to send their chocobo's beyond one area (Map) of the world?

Since we now know that Ishgard has flying chocobo's, why can I not catch a black chocobo at Forgotten Springs Chocobo Porter and fly it to Falcon's Nest or even Mog Home?

If they need to Unionize, let them Unionize so we, the adventurer's have another means besides teleportation to get around the world.

Even though I have seen the Fall of a God and the Rise of a Dragon, I still like to let a chocobo get me around without me having to guide where to go.

Why would you want this as an alternative to teleporting? So you can take more time getting to a destination that already has an aetheryte? I don't understand.

(Please don't say "immersion". That's the reason traveling in FFXI took forever even WITH teleportation.)

If you're looking to save money, I hate to tell you, since cost is relative to the distance traveled you wouldn't be able to save much this way since they would have to increase the cost you're paying for that ticket. Not to mention there is no flying in the regions outside of those in Heavensward so there would be no pathing there even if the feature was available it would involve the same kind of fade-to-black that teleportation does.
