Help..... Missing Quest? (The Dark Divinity)

So, I'm trying to do the quests to unlock Odin and I have hit a hard stop here.

So I've completed the quest "Who was that man in black" and from everything I've read and everyone I've talked to I should now be getting the quest "The Dark Divinity". However the NPC that is supposed to issue this quest (Levin in Gridania @ the archers guild) is not giving this quest.

I more than exceed the level requirement of 46 (I'm 58), I have well past exceeded the story line requirements and have completed the prerequisite quest that is supposed to unlock this quest.

Am I missing something?:confused::confused:

Now i do believe there is a possibility that I may have gotten this quest in the past and abandoned it, but not 100% on this. If this is the case what do i do now?

You probably need to talk to one of the NPCs at the back of the guild and you'll get moved to the Seat of the First Bow where Levin is located.

Oh, you might have had the same problem I did. The next part of the quest is in the Archer's guild. The quest doesn't actually show up on the map. You have to talk to the guy at the very back, and he lets you into an isolated room (kinda like the waking sands or rising stones) and there will be another guy in there who will give you the next part of the quest. Talk to these guys even if the quest marker does not appear over their heads. My game was glitched and I had not indication that they were tied to the quest at all, but once I spoke with them they gave me the next part.

The reason there was no quest indicator over that npcs head, was because you were not on a quest that required you to talk to him for any reason, and they didn't expect anyone to leave that room without picking up the follow-up quest imediadely. (in other words: They forgot to foolproof it :p)
