I'm sure this has probably been asked before but....

Why are there Levequests in a zone that you are not able to set your home point?

And I'm sure the answer is "well we were going to have Idyllshire in that zone but it didn't work out that way."

To that my reaction is: ok so why was there not a stone placed in the settlement so we don't fail the Levequests as is the case in every other zone?

Anyway, I know nothing will be done about it just had to vent my frustration.
