An interesting idea for for an item

Hello everyone! I just had an idea that I would like to see implemented in some way. An item found in towns and or sanctuaries that, when used, gave the player Protect, Stone-skin or something of the sort. It could even be made for housing.

I figured that, since the regular monsters in the open world are going to be tough from now on, it would be good to put these around for players that don't have people to cast these on them. I know many of you may think that the new monsters aren't tough at all, but I most certainly would have liked to have this back when I started Heavensward or when leveling my DPS classes.

So, what do you guys think? The idea any good?
